credit units, course prerequisites and course
lecturers.
Admissions Management
Set up departmental admissions criteria; set
matriculation exams cutoff and multiple O’ Level
subject criteria. The student registration utility
allows new intakes fill out registration forms
using the internet. The customizable online form
takes students personal, educational and O’ Level
examination records, which is then downloaded into
the primary database at a later date. The
Auto-assign matriculation number function then
allows the program to match up and filter the
registration input against the pre-defined
admission criteria then assign logical
matriculation numbers
Course Registration
This internet based module allows students
complete their course registration for the session
online. The module allows students only to
register for courses when they have passed or

The Library module handles books, journals, and
audio-visual media lending and returns. It allows
users quickly look up availability of material and
return dates. The module also calculates charges
